    The Challenge

    Elounda Hills is a 1 Hotel branded residential development in Crete, which also features a number of specially designed ultra-luxury branded units. We were appointed as they had struggled with previous lead generation efforts - existing creative was not optimised for paid performance, the landing page wasn't optimised for conversions and they were struggling to reach UHNW audiences within the restrictions of Meta's Housing Policy.

Our LUUX Lab team worked closely with the client to overhaul copy and messaging and advised on developing performance-optimised ad creative. We also developed a conversion-optimised landing page specifically for the development, ensuring every touchpoint was designed to engage and convert high-value prospects into qualified leads and sales.

    Over the course of the three month campaign, lead quality improved by over 25%, conversion efficiency increased by over 50% and an ultra-luxury unit sold within just four weeks. There was a total of seven units sold to leads generated during the campaign period, generating over €60m in total revenue.
