    Maybourne introduced their first branded residences with the launch of Maybourne Residences St. Germain in Paris. Known predominantly for hotel brands including Claridge's, The Connaught, and The Berkeley, Maybourne needed to establish their residential offering whilst raising the profile of the Maybourne brand in this new category. Our brief was to drive demand and deliver high-quality leads for the sales team, establishing Maybourne Residences St. Germain in a competitive sector whilst showcasing the brand's reputation for service excellence.

    The Challenge

    Maybourne introduced their first branded residences with the launch of Maybourne Residences St. Germain in Paris. Using our proprietary LUUX ID targeting, we served ads to global UHNW audiences to raise awareness of the development and drive qualified enquiries. The integrated approach combined performance-driven creative with precision targeting to maximise reach amongst UHNW audiences and lead quality.
