Senior Team
Chris Wilson is the CEO & Founder of LUUX Media. He creates the business strategy together with maintaining relationships with the company's major luxury brand clients, as well as UHNW individuals too. After working for some of the leading luxury media companies, in his constant thrive for perfection, Chris decided to go ahead and create his own agency. Fully immersed in the luxury world, and boasting exclusive connections within it, Chris was able to create and grow what today is recognised as one of the most successful luxury media agencies. He attributes his success to his attention to detail and to his obsession to deliver concrete results to clients.
James leads the company's sales operations, with responsibility for business globally. He is a results-driven salesperson with over 8 years of experience in luxury and media with previous roles at Hearst and Mediacom. He is skilled at developing the right action plan for each of his client's unique needs and committed to helping businesses develop through bespoke marketing strategies. Throughout his career, James has earned the trust of several national and international luxury companies and maintained strong client relationships. He attributes his success to his ability to understand and exceed his client's needs, as well as his passion for driving new business and relationships.
Kevin Hilton is co-owner of the business and also Head of Digital. Kevin has over 15 years experience in digital marketing and has strategised and executed digital campaigns for some of the biggest luxury brands in the world. Kevin has spearheaded LUUX's ability to provide a service that can optimise towards highly targeted audiences with integrated lead quality workflows. Outside of managing key client accounts, Kevin's role is to ensure LUUX continues to innovate and provide brands with industry leading marketing initiatives.
As one of our Digital Directors, Nick ensures we understand, target, reach and engage UHNW audiences in an ever-changing online environment. With over ten years experience in digital, social, content and marketing, Nick has successfully delivered award-winning multi-channel digital campaigns on behalf of government, charities and commercial clients. Prior to joining LUUX in 2021, Nick led the digital marketing team at Zinc Network for 7 years, where he pioneered innovative ways to use digital to tackle online harms including extremism, radicalisation and disinformation. Outside of work, Nick is a passionate cyclist, sailor and Wikipedia addict.
Advisory Board
Hussam is Head of Wealth Management and Private Clients at independent and privately owned investment group, Floreat. Hussam manages the complex needs of the multi-national families and institutions that Floreat deal with. He started the business in 2006 when he saw shortcomings in the investment industry: short-term incentives driving the wrong behaviours and a ‘one size fits all’ approach to managing wealth. He is the Chairman of The Prince’s Foundation for Children & the Arts and the founder of the Modern Forms art platform.
Jay is the Creative Director of the prestigious Maddox Gallery. In just six years, the artistic empire has grown from a single exhibition space to one of the UK’s leading champions of emerging contemporary art, with galleries in London - including Mayfair and Westbourne Grove - Los Angeles and Gstaad. Jay launched Maddox Gallery in December 2015, aiming to operate the business as a holistic luxury brand rather than a simple gallery space, creating not just a home for artists to showcase their works, but also taking control of a more assertive representation process.
Priya Sharma Ranjan is a brand strategist and angel investor, with successful experience in helping companies develop and engage their communities to build their brand. She has a particular focus on luxury, hospitality, and fashion. Priya also launched the Mumbai House of Soho House & Co, a private members club for those in the film, media and creative industries and was instrumental in helping Soho House successfully open their first House in Asia.
Jai Shroff is the Global CEO of UPL Limited. He is a well-recognized global leader in the Chemical & Agri-Inputs industry with over 30 years experience in India and internationally. Under Jai's leadership, UPL has been one of the fastest growing agri-input companies in the world. He has driven the transformation of UPL from a largely domestic player to a truly global multinational organization and has expanded the size of UPL Limited by more than 100 times in less than two decades. Jai believes in the power of collaboration and inter-sectoral partnerships. He is actively involved in the global development agenda, including the World Economic Forum's Grow Africa and Grow Asia initiatives, IFPRI's Sustainable Agriculture and Global Food Security Initiative, WBCSD, Chicago Council, IGD and ICAR.
Robin is Co-owner & Chairman of the Sotheby's International Realty UK business and is also one of the founding partners of Catalist Partners. He is one of the UK's leading property entrepreneurs with vast experience within the Residential and Leisure sectors Internationally. He has a proven track record in Estate Agency ‘turnarounds,’ having bought, developed and sold/merged 5 well-known High Street UK brands, along with acquisition, redevelopment and disposal of ambitious projects within the sector.
Katherine is a Luxury Marketing Specialist with 20 year's experience leading marketing functions of luxury brands including Burberry, Harry Winston and Graff. Founder of the Lightwheel Ltd, Katherine works with luxury brands developing and applying new marketing and communication strategies.
Raffaele left Goldman Sachs in 1995 to build hedge fund GLG Partners, where he stayed for 15 years, helping it become one of the largest hedge funds in the world. The fund was acquired by the Man Group in 2010 for $1.6 billion in what was billed “the deal of the century” for the company. Raffaele stayed for a year, heading up the firm’s client advisory group and managing strategy for Europe and North America, before branching out on his own and founding Tyndaris, a new investment firm with interests in real estate finance and tech start-ups.
